Why David is Running for District Attorney
David Bailey grew up in Carson City and has practiced law across the country, representing individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Now, he is running for Carson City District Attorney to continue our tradition of experienced courtroom leadership, principled decision-making, and constitutional fidelity in the DA's office.
My priorities as District Attorney are:

- Fair resolutions focused on reducing recidivism and enhancing public safety
- Fiscal responsibility
